I love Environmental Initiative’s mission, vision, and values. I am proud of the decision to center building equity in our work. The value Environmental Initiative places on justice and leadership really resonates with me. Justice and the creation of inclusive spaces for people to share is more important than it ever has been.  

My education and career have focused on public health, specifically environmental health and how to build health equity. I look at everything through a lens of health equity, and am very interested in the steps organizations can take to build health equity.
