I am an experienced environmental leader with over 21 years at Flint Hills Resources, where I currently serve as Environmental Director at our Rosemount, Minnesota site. In this role, I oversee environmental programs that ensure compliance, stewardship, and operational excellence. Over the years, I’ve also served in leadership and technical roles, specializing in air programs, leak detection and repair, and benzene waste operations standards.  I’m excited to join the Environmental Initiative board having seen the collaboration, partnership, and results that this organization fosters.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. I live in St. Paul with my husband, Chris, and our two sons, Adler and Owen. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and our dog and two cats.
