ENRTF community grants
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) published background and implementation updates for Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF) community grants. The program is expected to roll out in early 2026 and will benefit those adversely affected by pollution and environmental degradation statewide.
